Our consulting concept
The four elements
The main elements of our advice are explained in the boxes below. This will help you to find out which advice is the right one for you. In most cases, the first step in dealing with your problem is to go to the local consultation hours or to the head office. In contrast to the usual precautionary measures, registration is currently required*. For short, simple questions, the legal telephone or online advice is the right place for you. You can always make individual appointments with the MhM team if your problem is very complex or if correspondence about MhM is urgently indicated.

Counselling centres
If you have any questions regarding tenancy law, you are best advised to visit one of our advice centres. Let our tenancy law lawyers advise you on site during our office hours.
Non-members can join directly on site.

The legal phone is switched on for you every day at the times specified. It is suitable for simple questions that do not require a review of correspondence, photos or documents.
